[Tinyos-devel] AM ID allocation TEP

Not having received any objection, lets use the guidelines described
in this TEP for AM ID allocation.

Owners of the applications in apps and apps/tests, could you please
make sure the AM ID in the applications are in the unreserved pool as
described in the TEP? I will go through these directories in a week to
change the AM ID's if the owners haven't done it by then but I prefer
that the owners do it before then.

Net2 protocols will be in full compliance with TEP 4 by the code freeze.
