[Tinyos-devel] AM ID allocation TEP

by deleting the entry for the obsolete protocol."

If the TEP is to be updated upon acceptance (or becoming obsolete)
would it be useful to ensure that the effective date (or release) of
such events is also recorded in the TEP?
(I don't suspect that such changes will be common.)
