[Tinyos-devel] Resource arbitration bug in SerialP

I've looked a bit at the serial stack and have read TEP 115, default power
management, andam not clear on what exactly needs to be done with regards to
making the serial code 115
compliant. I'm not sure what power management functionality is needed with
regards to
the serial stack.
Can someone help me understand what is needed?
