[Tinyos-devel] css for teps

Hi!

I attached a modified tep.css that give (for my taste :P) slightly better 
results. Here is an example:
 	http://cs.jhu.edu/~razvanm/teps/tep101.html
For comparison, here is how the old one looks like:
 	http://tinyos.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/tinyos/tinyos-2.x/doc/html/tep101.html
Do people like the old version more?

Related stuff: the html version of some teps is out-of-date. Is there a 
commit policy for them?
