Beside that I also took out 'font-family: Times;' from body. At least on
my Debian that is rendered using an ugly font lacking anti-aliasing.

I think it makes sense to commit the HTML and PDF files only in the
release tag. In that way the files will not impact the normal checkout of
the HEAD.
