We used to use the Sourceforge bug tracker but found it unworkable.  
Common help problems like "I cant compile" would be issued as bug  
reports.

There was some talk about using a new bug tracker, but to be honest,  
they are infrequent enough that doing so seems heavy-weight. IIRC,  
the most recent bug since the FTSP one was TOSSIM's packet reception  
during transmission from a few months ago. The TOSSIM bug was just  
fixed last week, and I was planning on mailing -devel about it today.
