The policy has been basically conferences or workshops which are  
directly relevant to TinyOS. It's been a bit fuzzy: as the number of  
submitted stories has increased, so has the strictness of the  
requirements.

Right now there are a few stories in the queue, but there's a bug in  
the database engine such that I can't log in to moderate. Hopefully  
the folks at Berkeley will be able to fix it soon.
