[Tinyos-help] installing upgrade tinyos 1.1.1 (november upgrade) :(

Hi:

Having problems installing upgrade tinyos 1.1.1 (november upgrade):

in cygwin:
rpm --ignoreos -Uvh tinyos-1.1.1Nov2003cvs-1.cygwin.noarch.rpm

stops (no upgrade occurs)

and
cvs anonymous login always timesout/endoffile. Has the login syntax changed
recently?

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.
