[Tinyos-help] Installation 3rd time no joy-no opt folder ?!?!

I may be misreading your question, but did you check c:\opt or [cygwin installation dir]\opt ? It should be the latter -- or, if you run cygwin you may look directly for /opt, since it considers its own directory the root.

I hope it's something simple as that!
