[Tinyos-help] Problems with TinyOS 1.1.3 snapshot installation

Hi,

We have tried to install the new release of TinyOS but we have obtained
the following message:

Does anyone have successfully installed the new release?
we use cygwin on a pc with windows 2000 professional.

Just another question: we have heard about the new TELOS Platform. We would
know something more about it.
