That error means that the FTDI virtual comm port drivers have never been
loaded and that you have never attached a Tmote Sky device to the computer.
To load the FTDI drivers, plug in a mote and follow the windows device
driver installation instructions.  This procedure is detailed in the Tmote
Sky Quick Start Guide in the section "USB Serial COM Driver Install" on page
6.  If you've misplaced the manual that shipped with your motes, you can
download a PDF of that document here
