[Tinyos-help] Using CC2420SpiC component

Hi,

I'm using tmote sky platform and I want to read the MAC address which is 
in CC2420 chip.
I think that I have to use the component CC2420SpiC to do that. But i 
don't know how to.
Must i use the Resource interface which is included in CC2420SpiC?
How do i know when the read operation is finished?

Please help me, i have tryed all i can imagine.
