[Tinyos-help] To Joe about CC2420RadioM

Hi Joe

Can you kindly help me to clear few questions?

First, I am doing some test about the backoff delay with CC2420RadioM 
(\tinyos-1.x\tos\lib\CC2420Radio). The protocol base on B-MAC, right? 

Second, I program three nodes, one for BS the others for sender.
According form the source code in line 745 and 752, the congestionBackoff 
period should be between 1~65. But I am aware that when the random value is 
larger than 25. The backoff time still keep about 8ms( since one period is 
equal to 0.32ms (0.32 * 25 = 8). It does not increase any more ,why?
Please help me out of this puzzle.
