[Tinyos-help] changing the sampling frequency for the magnometer sensor on a mica2 mote

I have been given the task to change the sampling frequency on the mica2
mote for the magnometer sensor.  I have not used the motes before nor
have I done programming in nesC.  I have been looking through onlint
tutorials and been trying to get an idea of how I should do this and so
far I believe that there is some portion of code in the ADCControl.nc
file that will allow me to have a higher sampling rate.  Is this right
and if so where do I set it at?  Also, I have gotten a mote working in
conjunction with the MoteView program and am wondering how to log data
on the motes memory to analyze at a later time.  Thanks.
