[Tinyos-help] can't Blink with 'make micaz sim '

If you're using TinyOS 2.0 (non-beta), try 'make micaz sim'. 'make  
micaz sim-cygwin' was a temporary hack to get cygwin support working.  
Now the test whether you're Linux, Cygwin, or OSX is in the Makefile.
