[Tinyos-help] Setting the MAC delay to 0

I have heard that by setting the MAC delay to 0, I can have a packet
speed of 50-53 packets per second.  If this is true, does anyone know
how to set this delay to zero?  Also, does anyone know what program I
can use to take electromagnetic readings that uses this MAC delay?
