[Tinyos-help] Simulating Events in TOSSIM

Hello All,
I am trying to simulate the following event: One node chirps and all its
neighbors sample for the chirp. If any of the nodes pick the chirp, they
broadcast a message.
I would like to know how this can be done. Based on a previous
correspondence, I learnt that the node post signal an event. How can I do
this?
