[Tinyos-help] "PROGRAMMER NOT RESPONDING" ERROR

Hi every one,
                I’m using MOTE WORKS 2.0.
    iam using MIB510 Programming board and mica2 motes.
    i have set the baud rate to be 57600

    when I try to upload the code into mote flash memory, I get an error
“PROGRAMMER NOT RESPONDING”.
    when I tried with different mica2 motes, I get the error “DEVICE NOT
RESPONDING”.
 
Please help me get out of this problem
