[Tinyos-help] why compilation is so slow on Boomerang distrib

I found that my anti-virus software on my PC really slowed the compiling.
Are you running anti-virus softare? If yes, can you disable it and try
another compile?
I run Trend PC-Cillin 2006. It has a task-tray icon so I can turn it off &
on with a click of the mouse. Makes a big difference on my machine.
