I am not too aware of the Neighbourhood graph. But its a relatively simple
matter to code it yourself. Have each mote broadcast a "Hello" packet. All
its neighbours will receive the packet and can record the node IDs in a link
list or array. You can even simultaneously record the RSSI and come to know
approximately how far each neighbour is.
