could not open port: (2, 'CreateFile', 'The system cannot find the file
specified.')
make: *** [program_bl] Error 1


Dear All,

I have been struggling with this error for a week or so now and have
discovered a resolution (not to be confused with a fix).

Disconnect the telos board and reconnect it.

I know this is trivial and I might have tried that in the first place, but
since I wasted so much time on finding it, I can only hope this saves
someone from doing the same.
