[Tinyos-help] could not open port: (2, 'CreateFile', 'The system cannot find the file specified.')

I have a similar problem with a USB-2-Serial adapter (but only
since I reloaded the SAME driver I was using). There may be a
stuck open() someplace and on MSWidows you just can't touch a
file that is 'owned' by someone else....
