[Tinyos-help] Obtaining ADC data in WSN -Regarding

Dear sir/madam,
Greetings!.
I'm arumugam,Engineer development,Benchmark. I'm using the Tmote Sky product. I want to Display the ADC value in digit format.For the reason,I would like to get some technical details and it is mentioned below.

How can I read the ADC data without using the trawler window?.
Are you returning the ADC value in some file?. If so please mention the file name  
Or otherwise please suggest how can i get the ADC data.
