[Tinyos-help] BlinkTask w/new T2

Hello,
I had successfully implemented the last part of the BlinkTask tutorial 
on the Tmote Sky using the T2 Beta version during the weekend. Today I 
upgrade the TinyOS2.x tree (only) with the new RPM found at: 
http://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.x/doc/html/upgrade-tinyos.html, with the 
result that the BlinkTask app does not function correct. The leds 
quickly starts to go really slow, then pick up speed and finally 
repeating the process. What ever I was to gain by posting a task after 
10000 iterations is now lost. Do I need to upgrade additional tools?
