[Tinyos-help] Error 2: Programmer not responding.

The "Programmer is not responding" message indicates that the PC has not
been able to communicate with the MIB510 gateway. 
Few things to check:
- Is MIB510 powered?
- Is COM port assignment correct?
- Are you using the straight through serial cable (NOT null modem
cable)?
- Try resetting the MIB510 and see if it helps.
