[Tinyos-help] Error under tinyos-2.x

Hello Everybody:
I got some errors when doing tinyos-2.x tutorial 4.
	1. when I execute "java net.tinyos.tools.Listen -comm serial@/dev/ttyS0:micaz" , it shows 
            "resynchronising" and holds there.
        2. I omitted the first step and compiled the TestSerial application. But,  when I try to install 
            it on my micaz mote, it shows endless error lines which says"flash errors at address....". 
Sorry but I'm quite a newbie here, can anyone help me?
