[Tinyos-help] can i get where excatly i have to change the baud rate from its default rate

hello everybody.......

i am working on tinyos 1.x with mica2 using MIB510 programmer
i was programming and using my motes(mica2) to transmit to uart. it is being
done at the default rate..... with double baud speed.
At present the baud rate to be 57600..... now i want to reduce it to 19200.

i found the following places where i have to make the changes........ can
any one exactly tell me where to do

*ONE MORE THING.........*

I WANT TO CHANGE MY TOS_DATA_LENGTH  FROM 29 TO someother default
value.......... is it that the exact place.....??
