[Tinyos-help] how to use the nesC compiler

hello everybody

what is this nesC compiler given under the link. is it not same like c
compiler (turbo..... etc.)

when i download it am not getting any application/exe file under which i can
compile my nesC programs. could anyone be more specific on what is it.
