[Tinyos-help] TOSSIM in TinyOS-2.x doesn't work

Dear all!
I've installed Tiny OS 2.0 on Red Hat Linux 9.0, and compiled Blink
app as follows:

make mica2 sim

But I've got this error:
"Unknown target mica2
Known targets for TinyOS directory /opt/tinyos-2.x/tos
and the specified include directories are:
  eyesIFXv1 eyesIFXv2 intelmote2 mica2 mica2dot micaz null telosb tinynode
make: ***[sim.exe] Error 2"

"make mica2" is working without any problems.
Version of make-utility is 3.81 (I have to upgrade it because of old
version 3.79 in distrib)
Script tos-check-env shows me no problem with environment variables...
