[Tinyos-help] How to connect external sensors

What about external digital devices to MicaZ? Use UART1? 
Any example code in TinyOS 1.x? Thanks.

look at the use of the ADC component(s), e.g., for mica's:
   tinyos....\tos\platform\mica2\ADCC.nc and ADCControl.nc
