[Tinyos-help] tinyos tools do not install when upgrading to tinyos 2.0 from tinyos1.X

Hi

I am trying to upgrade from tinyos-1.X to tinyos-2.x

I followed the steps given on tinyos website but when I tried to install
tinyos tools-1.2.2-1cygwini386.rpm it gave me the following error : open
of tinyos-tools-1.2.2-1.. failed no such file or directory. This file
exists in cygwin/home/Administrator directory.

The other steps and version I have followed exactly as given in the
instructions on upgrade on the website. Please can any one give any
suggestion? Thank you in anticipation.
