Bugs reported with CC2420 stack on -help

Code freeze on Friday
  - Testing plan: platform czars, etc.

Generality versus efficiency
  - CC2420 approach to SPI resource arbitration requires
modifications for efficient non-CSMA MACs
  - Worthwhile to change to support arbitrary MACs above, or require
parallel codebase?
