[Tinyos-help] Route and MintRoute

Hello,
I've been reading this two Multi-Hop protocols
and I wanted to know if there exist an estandar for
both of them or were they created for TOS only.
If there is no standard, could someone tell me
where to find a bubble diagram or a document
explaining how they work.
I could read the NesC code but i think is better
to ask first.
