[Tinyos-help] "/bin/sh is needed by msp430tools-base-0.1-20050607"????

Hi,
I have installed JDK1.5 and Cygwin 1.2a on WinXP, and downloaded the rpms for TIMSP430. but when I typed rpm -ivh msp430tools-base-0.1-20050607*.*, I just got an error "/bin/sh is needed by msp430tools-base-0.1-20050607". I was confused that the sh.exe file is in the /bin directory.
How can I solve this??Thanks!
