Are you sure that the code was downloaded to the mote?
What mote are you using?
Is it properly plugged in to the mib510 (pushed down all the way)?
Is the COM port of the mib510 is correct?
Do the LEDs of the mib510 flash when downloading?
Does the install process report successful loading?
