[Tinyos-help] problems with JNI in cygwin

I am trying to configure my tinyOS 2.x install on windows/cygwin

I would like to start playing with the SerialForwarder  interface for which
JNI is needed..

Problem is that when I run tos-install-jni I get the following error:

/usr/bin/tos-install-jni: line 23: file: command not found
Installing 32-bit Java JNI code in /cygdrive/c/Program
Files/Java/jdk1.6.0_03/jre/bin ...install: cannot stat `/usr/lib/tinyos/*-
32.dll': No such file or directory


My cygwin is installed under C:\cygwin
My java jdk is 1.6 and installed at : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03

I dont have the sdk installed,, could this be a problem??

I tried copying the getenv.dll and toscomm.dll in C:\Program
Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_03\jre\bin , but no luck

My current CLASSPATH is:

.;C:\cygwin\opt\tinyos-2.x\support\sdk\java\tinyos.jar;C:\Program
Files\Java\jre1.6.0_02\lib;C:\cygwin\lib\tinyos;

I have no idea what the problem could be

Can anyone help?
