[Tinyos-help]: As wiring with Main.StdControl, when we need write down StdControl or omit??

Dear all:
  When reading the Surge.nc file, I found that there are following codes:
  Main.StdControl -> SurgeM.stdControl;
  Main.StdControl -> Photo;
  Main.StdControl -> Bcast.StdControl;
  .....
  Could anyone tell me why Photo omits the StdControl, but SurgeM and Bcast write it down? or you can choose to write it out or not at your will, no grammar limitaion?
