[Tinyos-help]:is SerialForwarder is needed when start BcastInject

dear all,
  when I am studying the Tutorial 7, I have two questions:
  1. Do I need to run SerialForwarder?? 
      In tutorial, it said I should run SerialForwarder first, and then run   
      net.tinyos.tools.BcastInject <group_id> <command>, but if I do both of them, an error occured, which told me:
  serial at COM9:19200 died - exiting (java.io.IOException: Port COM9 busy)? 
  I looked up in the mailing list archive, I think maybe the tutorial is out of date, and I don't need to run SerialForwarder if I am to run BcastInject. Am I right?
   
  2. How to find the COM# number and baud rate?
  when input "export MOTECOM=serial at COM#:19200"
  I don't know which COM# I should use, after using command "motelist", 
  it said:
  Reference  CommPort   Description
---------- ---------- ---------------------
XBPXG6GM   COM9       Crossbow Telos Rev.B
   
  So I use COM9 as the port, and use 19200 as the baud rate, my sensor is a tolosb node, Am I right??
