[Tinyos-help] Can I open and read file by using fopen(), or open() in TinyOS 2.0 Testbed ?

Hello.

I am using Micaz, TinyOS 2.0.2, Mib510(or Mib520).
I want to open and read data from file. For this reason, I used fopen().
However,

When I tried to do "make micaz", It complains " implicit declaration of
function `fopen' "

Can I use fopen() or open() for TinyOS Testbed ?
