[Tinyos-help] Require Help

Hello
   I need a help. For my application I need to embedd some sort of a  timer like 
      1- It should start by an initial value and each time to be increment by (initialtime+seedvalue)
      
   
  The functionality i have seen provided by
 uses interface Timer<TMilli>
 command void startPeriodicAt(uint32_t t0, uint32_t dt);

   I am working in tinyos1.12 and not being able to use it. Can any one guide me how can I got such functionlity in tinyos1.12
