[Tinyos-help] The new version of reprograming MSP430F1611 tool

Hi,All,

I made my tmote Sky mote broken.
I guessed its because the MSP430F1611 is broken.(UART1-Rx broken)
So I replaced a new MSP430F1611 chip.
Then I do the steps on this web(http://www.cs.utah.edu/~vchakra/msp430-jtag.html).
But when I plug the mote by USB,and type comment-"make tmote install" to download a simple application-"Blink" in Cygwin environment.
An error is occured(same as I didn't replace MSP430).
Blow is the message :

  MSP430 Bootstrap Loader Version: 1.39-telos-8
  Mass Erase...

  An error occoured:
  Timeout
  make: *** [program_bsl] Error 1


I saw the Led blink shows some message send from PC to mote,but did not see another led blink(i.e. mote didn't send to PC).

The author do this on his telosb mote about 2 years ago.
The tool he uesd is old version.
Where can I find the new version of the "msp430-jtag tool","HIL.dll" and "MSP430mspgcc.dll" to fit tmote sky use.



Any help is greatly appreciated.
