[Tinyos-help] Mica2 compilation error

does the file "opt/tinyos-1.x/tools/make/Makerules" actually exist?

Respected sir
i am getting error while compiling any ex. program from apps on Mica2,  the error is
"opt/tinyos-1.x/tools/make/Makerules file or directiry not found"
"make:*** target can not make rule"

Please tell me the solution as i have tried all linking of makerules but thts not woking.
