[Tinyos-help] How to implement a Timer fired every 1ms in tossim

hi everyone
    I want to implement a timer fired every 1 ms in tossim,but it is said that the TimerM could not provide a timer faster than 3ms.
Is there anyone who have experience on using a higher frequence timer? 
Any advice will be appreciated.
