[Tinyos-help] make error

I just finished installing cygwin and the tinos tools. I set up to make the
Blink file as shown in tutorial 1. I am getting an error. How can I fix
this?

$ make micaz sim
Makefile:2: opt/tinos-2.x/support/make/Makerules: No such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target `opt/tinos-2.x/support/make/Makerules'.
Stop.

$ printenv MAKERULES
opt/tinos-2.x/support/make/Makerules

Owner at Laptop /opt/tinyos-2.x/apps/Blink
$ make telosb sim
