[Tinyos-help] where is nesC 1.2.8 and Is tinyos-2.0.0-3.cygwin.noarch.rpm right file to upgrade TOS2?

You want 1.2.8a, not 1.2.8. The cygwin rpm should be removed.

Note also that the -fnesc-separator option doesn't quite work in
1.2.8a. This will be fixed in the next release.
