We *SHOULD* be tracking this on the Wiki.

The Apple II had seven slots, and there were conventions for what kind of
card was expected in certain locations. TCP/IP ports have certain
expectations (FTP, HTTP, etc.). We have 256 types, and we should have
conventions for what to expect on each one, at least as far as standard TOS
applications go.

For instince:
03h - Multihop Debug Packet
11h - Surge application message
FAh - Multihop Router control packet
