[Tinyos-help] Progamming 4 Digital Outputs in Tmote

Hello,

I would like to program 4 digital outputs from the expansion connectors
in the Tmote for set them simply in low or high voltage level. Which
pins should I use and how I need to program them, interfaces, make pins
outputs, set and clear voltage commands? 

Any link explains it?
