Hello,
thank you both for your answers.
Now that I know that TinyOS 2 runs on the hardware, I can focus on
its source code.

That's the information I was looking for...up to your explanation, I
was randomly browsing through the source trees and the documentation,
but you mentioned some things that seems to be good keywords for
further research.
The routing principles you talked about seem to be different from
e.g. the IP routing, why is that? Is it due to the special situation
in ad-hoc wireless networks?
