[Tinyos-help] AVRORA HELP-urgent!!!!!

hello everybody
please help me if someone is using the Avrora simulator. Avrora contains two 
types of file
1)avrora.jar   2) avrora-source-file. Avrora site has mentioned how to set 
the path of jar file only, now please tell me where to keep the source file 
and how to set the path of source file.Actually whenever i am simulating any 
application it gives error as it treats the avrora source file as unknown 
source, how the avrora source file path shouuld be set and compiled ???????
its urgent, please help
