[Tinyos-help] SysTime in TOSSIM?

Can SysTime be used from TOSSIM? Is there any way to use the SysTime for
compiling the
application for PC? 
I can not achieve to compile one application for pc.

D:/tinyos/cygwin/opt/tinyos-1.x/tos/platform/pc/SysTimeC.nc:25: expected
component
`SysTimeC', but got component 'SysTimeM'
make: *** [exe0] Error 1
